Description

This vase was made by the Dutch Pottery factory Zuid-Holland from Gouda in the period between 1909 and 1917. The vase is 21 cm or 8.2 inches high and 10 cm or 4 inches wide. The vase has a convex belly that ends in a short foot and has an elegant narrow and short neck. It is model 507 of the Gouda Pottery factory from Holland. The object was painted by Adriaan Lansaat. This can be clearly seen from the signature (AL.) on the bottom of the vase. There you can also read the name of the decor: Beatrice and the model number: 507. The vase has probably undergone a restoration at the neck. But that is almost impossible to see with the naked eye.
