Rozenburg vase, model 244 from 1899, 14.5 cm high

Description

This vase was made by the Rozenburg pottery factory in The Hague in 1899. You can clearly see this from the year mark at the bottom of the vase: the anchor. The vase is 14.5 cm or 5.7 inches high and 7 cm or 2.7 inches wide. Although the object is small in size, the painting is grand. The vase has a different floral decor on all sides in a beautiful colour combination of deep orange, beige and blue-gray. It is not known who painted this vase. The object has a small piece of damage on the base ring, but is otherwise in good condition.
