Wall charger of Gouda pottery from 1899-1904 with a decor of tulips, painted by J.H. Hartgring. The plate is 32 cm or 12,6 inch in diameter and in excellent condition.

Description
This wall Charger of Gouda Pottery has a decor of purple tulips against a black background. The plate is 32 cm or 12,6 inch in diameter. The wall plate was made by the Dutch pottery factory Zuid-Holland from Gouda and signed with the letters J.H, which refer to the artist Johannes Hartgring. The object was probably signed by a pupil in the period between 1899 and 1904. A small irregularity can be observed in the black area (see photo). It’s a small piece of missing glaze. Furthermore, this wall charger is in excellent condition.
