Gouda Wall Charger with Birds, 14,5 inch by Frederika Delchambre, 1902-1905

Description

This wall charger was made by the Dutch pottery factory Zuid-Holland from Gouda and has a beautifully painted decor with two birds and flowers. The wall charger is 37 cm or 14.5 inch wide. It was painted by Frederika Delchambre in the period 1902-1905. This is a P-decor that is largely composed of wavy lines and dots. This especially applies to the leaves and flowers and the thin lines around the branches. The wall charger is in good condition. The edges are in great shape. There is a hairline on the back, which fortunately ends just before the edge. This is therefore not visible from the front.
