Description

This vase was made in 1895 by the Rozenburg pottery factory from The Hague in The Netherlands. The vase is model 295, with a narrow foot, a wide belly, ending in a narrow neck. It has a symmetrical decor in green and brown colours. It was painted by W.F.A. Stolle. The vase is 15 cm or 5.9 inches high and 10.3 cm or 4.1 inches wide. The bottom of this object is signed with the factory name: Rozenburg Den Haag. The logo of the factory (a stork), the work order number 223 and the letter M: the year sign for 1895. The vase has had an invisible restoration at the foot, on a small chip.
